Stiffened felt brim with upturned side where it is adorned with a few felt flowers and petals, such a lovely detail. The crown is almost translucent in a purple flock velvet brocade with the background having a shimmer ( lame effect). Fulled lined. A felt band around the base of the crown joins and makes a delicate bow detail to the back, where the brim falls into a tear drop
